We are very excited to be launching our first, digitally enhanced, Unity Properties newsletter. it's been a long time coming and we hope to make it a quarterly routine. The property market is facing challenges currently with the SA consumer under pressure in Q1 and Q2 of 2014.
Philani Valley Mall
The revamp of Philani Valley Mall, Umlazi is now well under way with completion expected 31 August 2014.
Dube Village Mall
The renovation of Dube Mall is very near completion, baring some external signage, pumps, tanks and tenant reshuffling.
Walls Avenue
Our property in Walls Avenue was acquired last year and transferred earlier this year. The building is situated on a corner site..
The Colony
We are pleased to have signed Chateau Gateaux at The Colony. They began trading on Mothers Day and we believe they will add notable value to our tenant offering.
Sandy Centre
Our Sandy Centre revamp (R7m) is now 99% complete. The transformation of the centre has been both massive in appearance and performance point of view.
