Unity Properties has signed up with MDA property management software and we are going live on 1 June 2014.

 

This will significantly enhance our economies of scale and will allow us to grow our property management book further which was proving challenging with our current staff  and space constraints.

The system will also provide us easy access to a multitude of reports which will significantly enhance our knowledge and understanding of your portfolio, individual properties and our investment performance which will greatly enhance our business and the services we provide to our valued client.
